Duh, Dissatisfaction with Vendor
The vendor blows a lot of smoke up your butt, but doesn't really deliver on their promises. They promised wifi telemetry sensors for the chemical tanks and promised to deliver and pump chemicals into the tanks, but nope and nope.
Their chemicals are identified only by numbers. The first rep ordered chemicals without informing me of their use. Even the unresponsive new rep doesn't know. I had to do my own research to find the MSDS.
It's too bad it's a national account, with two years left on the contract. I tried to rate it a ZERO, but the system wouldn't let me.
