Verified Reviewer |Question about apps,
I have the original Joule and have just purchased the Joule Turbo. My goal for having two Joule's is to allow me to sous vide proteins and vegetables at the same time, so the meal is completed at the same time.
Does the Turbo have a new app and will the Turbo and original Joule be able to run at the same time or will the Turbo app interfere with the Original Joule? Do you have two apps? I have also had to delete the app and reinstall several times during the same cook. Am I correct to assume the unit run of wi-fi and blutooth?
The original connected to Wi-Fi when I set it up but it apparently does not connect now. Is there a visual indicator to determine if wi-fi is connected?

Totally inappropriate content for UK market
Chefsteps is a recipe video website that needs a Studio Pass to see the recipes. If you pay you get recipes using Breville and Joule gadgets to make outrageous dishes.
The gadgets are not sold in UK, you later find. Neither are some of the more exotic ingredients. Their website only allows you to comment on a range of topics. I emailed, contacted via the website all unsuccessfully.
Tried Pissed Consumer and got an emailed refund straight back. Thanks PC.
User's recommendation: Take care
