Resolved: Hair attached to skin in Cream of Mushroom soup
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with settlement agreement. after an ALDI run around and an offer of $5 which I told them to pound sand they offered to have their manufacturer contact me to settle the matter.
The mfgr contacted me and apologized but denied it was hair attached to skin rather an under processed piece of mushroom.
I respectfully disagreed claiming my wife is quite familiar with foraging and mushrooms are her passion. They offered me $20 I countered with $50 ( enough to take my wife out to dinner) and they agreed..
