what kind of company are you running, that I have to waste my time typing and re submitting this till it passes your word requirement. after 6 try's, I still haven't met your requirement. I guess that is how you make money, people get fed up trying to get this form filled out, so they quit. Therefore you don't have to issue a refund.

Ordered a item got the wrong item, how to i go about in returning the item and refunding my money

The address they have is a made up on. Threre is no such address in Gardena California. The place is cabinetry business they have no idea about cheerwings.

Gold Wing Trading Inc is and Amazon seller of drones under the name SilverCircle Cheerwing USA. They offered free shipping and then added it anyway, refusing to refund it.

Then a few hours after my purchase they lower the price by 25% and refuse to refund the difference. This company can best be described as deceptive with switch and bait tactives.

Repeated attempts have been made to solve such a simple thing as an unauthorized charge, with "deal with it" as a response. It is sad that their CEO Maggie Jun Lei and President Elden Hong Lei encourage these practices.
