No one from Corporate cares about the horrible customer service that is being given, I tried getting a loan from this company more than four times just to be greeted with sarcasm from employees.
When someone come into your place of business, they are in need of some help. some are more in a bad position than others, so they desperately need help.
Every time that I have gone into the Gypsy Lane Branch in Youngstown Ohio, nothing but disrespect. and since I spoke with the district manager, I now know why it was so easy for the employee to be so rude to me all the times that I have gone into the office. I am a mental patient and will be looking into an attorney.
Since I couldn't get anyone to call me back from Corporate Office. Don't waste your time on this company, until they can get the customer service part down properly.

Loan payment
NThey contacted 2 of my family members about loan payments I owed. I call them today the first caller a lady was very nasty and threatening me saying I was going to jail.
I explained I dont remember about a loan but my deceased husband had one. I told her to send me the documents then she got nasty said I was going to jail and it was a felony to get a payday loan and not pay it. So I asked to speak to a manager. The manager gets on there and was just as rude as she was.
All she kept threatening me saying I was going to jail.
They called my family members which they looked up on Facebook under my profile. After another threats I contacted the Attorney General office which a gentleman said I could file a complaint against the Loan complany.
- Terrible place to deal with and very threatening
