Cannot contact a human and emails/disputes are a joke.
After working for Instacart for two years, they sent a message saying a background was being ran again on me. Checkr completed my background and some information needed to be updated on their end.
I contacted them by email, because that's obviously the only way you can contact them. I mean , you can by phone but you won't ever get a human being. But, after all this back and forth with them and Instacart, they just started lying to me saying my information had been revised and sent to Instacart. What a damn joke!
Instacart kept emailing me , saying to contact checkr. Lol I kept telling them checkr is not trying to help me do a simple task to help me get back to work.
I just can't believe these companies even use this p.o.s company to do their checks for them. It has been nothing but a back and forth nightmares for weeks now, with the pointless emails.
