They make impossible for a small business to ever make anything of them self. just in the past mo they have taken over 575.00 in over draft fees and the thing of is they just keep pushing all the same items to the top and re taken fees . something needs to be done

They tell you can opt out of overdraft but will let overdrafts happen so they can Charge you $36 a pop. Make a 1cent miscalculation bam $36 charge. Then if you stop using it but for bills and do not use your debit they will add $5.00 service charge and if that charge brings you in the negative they will charge $36.00 overdraft fees.

Capital one as a credit card is absolutely great! BUT.....as a bank, they must be the worst!!! At least top 3. Every time I call for the same issue, the agent answering give me different policies.
Not one are consistent with the policies.
The Managers or Superviser are in the same boat. Don’t understand why!! I have Capital One 360 for only a few months and it’s been a nightmare!!!! I’m definitely changing my account.
