My credit card information was taken. It was put on a Cash App account that wasn't mine, but someone else's.
They took out all my money, and somehow, I can't get it back. I have contacted Cash App, and they said that they can't do anything and instructed me to contact you guys.
I'm hoping you can help me before it's too late. $200.00 was taken out and put into a Cash App account under the name Clayton Asunción.

I have a problem with a payment I received

My complaint is this. I won money playing a game on a fb platform .
I ended up winning and to receive your winnings, they send a link which jn turn goes to this checkbook.oi website. At that time , set up an account and then get a "virtual card " and that's where the winnings will be placed . Ok so Feb 13th was the date I was paid my winnings ( 60$ )..I followed the steps , was given card info. But that was it .
Couldn't link it to my personal bank account..couldn't do anything with it . It's literally a debit card that requires a pin #, anyhow following day my husband and I used it on gas which was 12.87. That was ONLY TRANSACTION done .. following day was how I figured out how to see my balance on this card, and when I looked I only had a balance of 17.03$.
I immediately contacted this checkbook.oi company, they told me there was a 30.02 charge to KETO-DASH . I explained I didn't do this 30 transaction and wanted to dispute it and get my money back...to no avail. I was given run around ...after run around . And was told to by c.s.r that a dispute would take up to 90 days etc , and run around pretty much .
They said they'd re issue me a new card but I would only be getting the 17.03 , and not the disputed amount. Then got an email saying the case was closed they were only a payment processing company nothing more I'd have to contact KETO DASH. mind you the keto dash DOES NOT EXIST, PERIOD.
there was an 800# given in the description of the charge , called it ..and it goes no where ...if you google KETO dash...it's a dam DIET, not a company NOTHING anyone can purchase . Then after the original dispute , the charge showed multiple time on the transaction history .So I truly believe this checkbook.oi, allowed a fraudulent charge ..and stole my money
