If i could give negative 1 star, i would, i m so disappointed and upset in your system and your customer service. I will NEVER RECOMMEND OR USE EVER AGAIN .
I purchased 3 tickets @ $1419 from Nairobi leaving 3rd April and returning from Entebbe on the 10th April. On the 8th April i changed my return to Nairobi for 12th April as you can see on the pic I attached . Its stating you can change round trip for dates 3rd to 9th. I checked my dates before confirming, as i noticed that msg.
Once i hit confirm, it was showing the dates for the attachment below as 9th. My dates automatically changed to return on 9th as per attachment, which is a day before initial booking of 10th. You took $553.80.(there were 3 bookings under the ref) After the initial tickets i paid for.
I clearly explained this to your agents, but the response is so robotic even though I was actually chatting to humans.I requested for complaints department email a couple of times before it was eventually provided. You sent me 3 emails stating you have tried to contact me, yet not once did my phone ring.so i have to miss tomorrow's flights that your system preselected for me and buy another ticket the 3rd time.imagine a single ticket using same airline directly is even cheaper

Hi sir. I and my wife purchased tickets from CheapOair JFK-London-JFK.
We are regular customers of cheaOair . Our return flight is 11th April. But for emergency purposes we have to change our return flight to jfk on 10th March. Please help us to change our departure date.

I have been trying to make an outstanding payment of £26.24 since 03.12.2023 (which appears to be CheapOair's commission!)
Emails and phone calls are being ignored. what's happening?
Operator on UK 'help lines' advise "we are unable to connect your call, try again later,I have tried more than 30 calls at differing times of day to no avail.
Email from CheapOair with a link to make payment doesn't work. My Credit card supplier is adamant that there is no problem with my card.Eventually I had to place an expensive call to the American help line to state my case and after 10 minutes they conceded that the fault was theirs and agreed to waive the outstanding amount.
To confirm a booking
My time was wasted. I booked got confirmation and got canceled.
Booked again the 2nd time ,my booking got confirmed then canceled again. Why would you do such a thing really
Ticket clarification
I saw restricted on my ticket and so I wanted to know why, I initially thought I was restricted to only a carry on luggage but the staff I spoke to said I was entitled to 46kg and 8 kg carry on which is the usual entitlement, so I am okay.
To confirm a booking
Twice my bookings have been canceled. I am very unhappy with these inconveniences you have caused me. You confirm my bookings then again cancel them.

Hi there still i am waiting my refund they overcharged me and blocked my fund which was bad experience with them i was booked alot of tickets so many places online but this one really bad experience in my life i called them they said its gonna refund itself between 7 to 14 days hopefully they did

So I did Virgin Atlantic has bo problem waiving any fees and helping me change my flight but since I booked through you. You have to call them and get the confirmation numberNot being able to change my flight after sending all documents required.
Dont use this company. Even going through a death I was lied to hung up on and put in circles, given false info and when I finally got the right info I was told I had to do your job

My daughters father died so in order to flight home early and not get tje ridiculous charges to change the date I was told I needed to send Death Certificate and my Daughters birth certificate. I gave all documents to over a week ago.
I called Cheapoair and was told I had to call airlines and get my flight changed after tracking down that the airline was Virgin Atlantic, they had no problem waiting any fees nor any fee from the flight. They also are waiving the fee to ship my luggage. They just need a call from Cheapoair so they can give you a voucher waiver and you can change my flight. I've been working on this for over 2 months and keep getting the run around.
I am calling again today to see 8f this has been taken care of. I will never use your company again. I have been treated so rude hung up on time and time again. In my opinionI should have my flight changed and upped to first class and a refund.
You have no idea what my daughter is going through and the disaster it was to release and claim his body after being dead 2 months.
I hope I get a call back. 0776300****

I tried to change the dates of my flight and they are charging me the full price of another ticket, due to re-booking fee and cancellations fees to adhere to their policy. I lost £580!

I need a manager, I've been trying to get a credit for a new flight or a refund since may 2020 and never in my life have I experiences such unconformity with a company.
I haven't seen my family for more than a year now, I need to travel in March and neither cheapoair not Iberia are giving me solutions. I called yesterday again and they told me my credit already expired, how is that possible when I've a email coming from IBERIA telling me that I could use it anytime before June 2021
Please, this is awful what they are doing!
