So I did Virgin Atlantic has bo problem waiving any fees and helping me change my flight but since I booked through you. You have to call them and get the confirmation numberNot being able to change my flight after sending all documents required. Dont use this company. Even going through a death I was lied to hung up on and put in circles, given false info and when I finally got the right info I was told I had to do your job

Extremely terrible customer service

Hi, I tried to change the dates of my flight and they are charging me the full price of another ticket, due to re-booking fee and cancellations fees to adhere to their policy. I lost £580!
