I get these glassed today and the bifocal part is an inch long and so ugly.

I'm going to these people on Facebook I still have not received my glasses 3 weeks ago still have not received them can't talk to anyone no one answers the phone

Paid $150 for glasses and never got them. Huge scam. Customer service offered no help and I never got my money back or my product.

Ordered some glasses for my child on November 30, 2015. I have spoken to several reps who claim my glasses are still in lab.

The 800 number you call leads to no place. This company is a fraud they will take your money and not give you anything. They have computer generated chat line that make your think your speaking with a real agent.

When speaking with rep I stated their company was a fraud she had no response back. Please do not order anything from them it will only lead to fustration,

Sent me a damaged pair of frames that was bent out on one side where the hinge is (they fall pff my face). Told me to send a picture of the damage to make sure it was their fault, so i did....

Twice. Kept saying they would get back to me but never did, so i kept having to runaround with whoever i got in customer service. Over and over until they saod it was too late and they didn't have that item anymore. They would have if they responded to my request like a normal company.

All i wanted was an exchange for the same pair so i could keep the lenses.

I was even planning on purchasing polarized sunglasses and another pair or two reading glasses for my son, but was hesitant if they wouldn't fix my previous problem pair....

Oh well cheapglasses, you have lost my business and hopefully many others if they read this first. Seems im not the only one you want to screw over...

Ordered glasses for Christmas gift, wrong prescription was put in the right eye, they had me send them back to be fixed, after they admitted fault. They received glasses on December 29,2012. They promised me via email that the lab was taking care of the issue, however it is now January 18,2013 and I have not received the glasses back, they will not respond to my emails, the only way they communicate!! Customer service is terrible and does not exist! And they have not refunded me my money either!! Web sight says they are out of Portland, Oregon, thats where they had me send the glasses back. The payment from PayPal went to Nevada?

Stay away from this place!! They are BIG time Scammers!!

I wish I would have found this sight before I ordered form this company! I hope others will read this and run from doing any kind of business with BOTH cheapglasses123 AND bestpriceglasses! They are the same company!!

I ordered glasses from Cheapglasses123, and the Rx was wrong. They misplaced a decimal point.

I called their 866 number and was told that I had entered the wrong number. It was my word against theirs. I was told I could not get a refund on the complete cost of the glasses. I was also told that I could re-order and would get credit for half of the frame cost (which amounts to about $16.00.) I spent a total of $160.95.

Reordering would have cost me almost the amount I spent the first time. Watch out for this business!

If they screw up the Rx, you will get essentially nothing back. Their customer service is terrible.
