I have been calling them every single week to get my refund. the latest updates were:

Oct/01/21 - Gary supervisor said they have received confirmation money will be refunded in 1-2 billing cycles meaning 30-60 days

Dec/07/21 - More than 60 days later, Wilson said nothing has been received an issue was being escalated.

Dec/19 they told us again 3-5 business days

starting January 2022 we have been calling again every week talking to Brad another supervisor where her promises he will call us back with an update and he never does, we have to call over and over to hear only lies, the supervisor is on break, supervisor shift is over, supervisor is in another call, he will call you back in 5-10 minutes and they never do.

some say refund is being processed they only don't know when and after weeks waiting, they come back to say they have to contact the airline again. This just goes in circles over and over and over, we have been wasting time that will never be refunded and our frustration and stress just getting worst

I was going to clarify situation concerning my future credit deadline period. I was contacted to Delta Airlines Company Department and I was informed that I will be able to use my airlines tickets until December 31, 2022.( Flight Receipt

So I am asking the CheapFaresNow Customer Service about my actual future credit time limit.

Booked flight with this absolute scam Company. First they double charged me, when I called the to correct it they did not refund me the exact amount as they charged my credit card in USD, and exchange difference which they refused to refund.

AC refunded them my return portion which they say they never recieved.

Calls are LD and not toll free. Dnt know how to get my MONEY!!!

my flight was canceled by the airline and i called on february 27 to request a refund and i still haven't received anything. when you call, he tells you that the delay is coming from the airline.

I called air china and they told me that a refund was made she told me all conversation are recorded and to call my agency! They are thieves, don't be fooled !!!

I booked a reservation, and never received an email or a phone call saying that my reservation was cancelled. I received an email two weeks later that it was cancelled, even though I had chatted with them two days after booking and said that everything was fine.

My trip ended up costing me $500 more because obviously tickets had already gone up. I called to make the complaint and they said that I should check my emails (which I do everyday) and my phone calls (which by they way they do not leave any messages!!!!).

They stiff the customer and they don't care. DO NOT USE...BE WARE!!!!

Let me preface with the fact that I think that both myself at cheapfares now screwed up.

I was booking a flight home (Uganda to Canada) and had to book several flights that day.

As per usual, every flight that you book sends you an email confirming that you have, indeed, booked that flight. Great, no problems.

However, once I got to the airport, gave my passport to receive my boarding pass, they said that it looks like I, at one time, tried to reserve a seat, but never actually bought it. Hmm, that's weird.

I called cheapfaresnow and they informed me that my credit card had bounced. Okay, that's likely considering how many flights I bought that day. No problem, here's my credit card number - I've already reserved the seat, right? Not right.

Since the credit card bounced, they never booked it. Okay I get that, but where was my notice? I only ever received 1 email from CFN and that was to confirm my reservation. I NEVER got one saying, Hey, you know how we said we confirmed your booking? Turns out we didn't because of a payment issue. Please try again.

That's all it would have taken. But nope. Never got it. When I called they refused to accept this fact. "We called you and emailed you." Hmm, well I travelling in middle-of-nowhere Uganda. You think I had a SIM card, let alone cell service? No chance. That can't be that uncommon for a TRAVEL COMPANY, can it? I don't buy it.

I'm not sure what the mishap with the missing emails is about. I'm sure it should be automated so why didn't I get one? When I called and asked them to re-send the warning email with the original time stamp, they got flustered and refused to acknowledge it as an issue.

Anyway, I ended up having to pay DOUBLE the amount to leave the country. When I tried to call again when I got home, they gave me the same song and dance. "well you bought the new flight and you used the ticket. There's nothing more we can do."

0/10, save yourself a headache and find someone else; they are hardly the best cheap flight search engine.

Ive booked a flight with and my payment went through. However they never booked the flight with the airline.
