While advertising on Amazon they displayed their product next to a compactors' product for three times the price. In their statement of what you expect to receive they state four pacts of gum then state for of the four packs for their high price leading the consumer to believe it to be a bargain Very sleazy company that thinks it is smart to use trickery to steal from senior citizens.

The package I received was not what I ordered and so this is a scam and I will report you and the company so please be waiting for someone to get in touch with you.your rate is 000 very bad

The package that I got was what I order, i order glue set with 150 or pieces with mold and the resin to make the mold ,I got 2 1oz. bottles for 29.99 plus shipping and tax this is a very bad scam and I am going to report this company advertising on Facebook so please be waiting for someone get in touch with you , and I do want my money back. "package lost"

Attempted to purchase some LED shop light from them via Jet.com. Received a tracking number and everything. However the day I was to receive the product, I got an email from Jet.com saying that my money will be refunded. When I called jet.com to find out what happened, they said package mislocated or some stupid excuse like that.

You Know

You already know Cheapees is pathetic when there's a site set up for their customers to tell how pitiful they are. They deliver used, damaged and open products. It's the worst experience I've ever had with ordering. They are a bunch of rip-offs. They over price their items and they don't package their items neatly. It's the saddest company I have ever come across, so far. No other company is as unprofessional as this one. I'm sorry I trusted them. I'm happy to be able to warn everyone about this company. Nobody should pay for terrible service. Do as much research as possible before ordering from low level businesses. Cheapees is so desperate for money, the only thing they care about is charging ridiculous prices. Rip-offs always go out of business. They won't last long because they are too dishonest.

today I received 12 cans of Campbell's chicken noodle soup that I did not order.... I didn't even know there was a site called Cheapees - USA. I called the number on the label, but no answer. I sure better not be charged for this... I don't know how I got this. I am not going to send this back at my expense. There is not a BOL in the box, actually the only thing in the box is the soup... no packaging. I don't know how to look up the invoice number without a login and I don't want to create an account. Has Cheapees been doing this to others? This looks like the shipment happened on July1... I did order from wayfair recently.... is this someway connected to wayfair? Did some company sell my information? This worry's me.

Buying bed pillows from Walmart

I order two Sleep renew down-alternative pillows at the Monticello Walmart Store I was quoted a price $49.40 for two pillows. My daughter went to Fishkill's Sam's Club and purchased two exact pillow for $19.96. When I received the two pillows ordered at Walmart (the box was half open and dropped on the snow. Taking the package back about four hours later (the same day). I was told they could not refund my money as it was shipped by Cheapees, even though the bill listed order number 342188****205 bill was headed by Walmart. First of al this Cheapees is a rip off if s am's club sells them for two pillows at $19.96 Would some one explain to me why WALMART is not responsible for this sale. I could accept a$5.00 difference but a a difference of $29.44. Everyone beware of purchasing any thing at Walmart. I believe I heard Walmart want to be like Amazon. I am shipping out the pillows tomorrow to CHEAPEES, guess what the price will be/. NOT $2.00 BEWARE OF PURCHASING AT WALMART.

This person did not pay attention when ordering this item. Some items are offered by Wal-Mart, some by vendors and some by both.

Wal-Mart states that returns to vendors are between the purchaser and vendor.

Do not blame Wal-Mart because you did not take the time to read the fine print. If you have a problem with Cheapees then complain about them.

I ordered a Speck Presidio Clear with Glitter case for IPhone 8 Plus. When I received package it was unsealed and someone had taken my case out and replaced with a clear, scratched up, yellow tinted Otterbox case. Tried calling and sent email still with no satisfying results.

Unhappy with Cheapees I bought Cookie Butter by Jules Destrooper two jars $20. The date was the same as SAMs close out price $1.99 per jar. I ordered from Walmart on line because I did not want 11/23/2017 date. Less than 3 mos. use. So I paid full price two jars from Walmart. They use Cheapee for this prouduce. What good is something with that date when stores pull or close out with less than 3mos. Reading other people's troubles with this company I will take my hit for 20 dollar but I will write to Jules D and Walmart because I love the produce and they should not use Cheapees to sell.

Ordered from Walmart 24 pieces of 2.83 oz sizes of m&m caramel chocolates and was charged double $45.61. I didn't notice the size chart I thought they were the 9.6 oz. but it's too much for 2.83 oz sizes, it's doubled priced

Can't get my refund!

I paid for a MAC SPORTS UTILITY WAGON through SEARS MARKETPLACE. The wagon had a broken folding table. I spent three weeks dealing Sears Marketplace and then they sent me the Cheapees email. Someone from the company sent me information for me to send the wagon back. They now won't give us the refund. They won't respond after we went through all the steps to return the broken wagon. We paid $101 and they won't get us the refund and ignore all email and phone calls. I would stay away from this company. They are also on Amazon. I don't really know what the company does. It seems to sell everything at high mark-up.

Vtech cyber spy notebook

I have a disable child that save his money from his recycle days. He bought a vetch cyber spy notebook and is rusted were the batteries go. We cannot use it and there is no way to contact this agency to exchange this toy. The toy look new inside the box so at first I did not worry that the toy was not authentic or was not new. It look as if it was new and in the real box so we opened the box. Now we have a toy that we cannot exchange because we open the box. But how would we know that the toy does not work unless we try it. I have sat on the computer trying to contact this company but it seems that they do not exist. I have the greatest difficulty explaining to my disable child that the toy does not work because power does not go from the batteries. I don't know how to help him understand that the toy cannot be exchanged because we open up the box. He is in tears and very sad. He tells me that he paid for the toy with own money from selling the plastic bottles once a week. This is difficult to do for him because he needs to stand in line to be waited on to process the recycle bottles in the machine. Sometimes the line is long and some of the costumers have a lot of bags of recycle. He stands in line just like all the other people and he waits just like a typical person. He does not gets breaks not only because he is a child but he is a child with developmental disabilities.

No refund 2 weeks fighting "CHEAPEES"

This Amazon retailer named "Cheapees" I ordered some popcorn seasoning, it stated £7.34, well I thought good price for a hard to find item. I place order, and notice they took £24.34 from my bank account! I emailed them 15 hours later and requested a full refund. First the site never mentioned it was coming from america!, and the postage and package rate is waay too much. They told me flat out no, your not getting your money back and you cant cancel. Amazon has done nothing to help. And I am at my wits end. " weeks later no item and out of pocket...

I'm noticing more and more Amazon does nothing to help assist refunds. I've recently had two complaints about product damaged and not as advertised, sent Amazon several emails about each complaint, and absolutely not one word from Amazon. I've just decided my money is not for throwing out the window and no longer order from Amazon.

Stay away from Cheapees.com

Cheapees.com is an online retailer specializing in computer products. On 4/20/07 I ordered and provided payment for two computer mice. I received a confirmation that day from Leon Tosse (sales@***.com) with my ordering information, billing information and shipping information. The next day I received an email from Cheapees showing my invoice number, the invoice items, and a link to PayPal to complete the payment authorization which I did. The same day PayPal emailed a confirmation that the items had been paid for, ie, PayPal sent the money to Cheapees.com. On 4/24/2007, I sent an email to service@***.com with a couple of questions and a request to cancel a duplicate order, but to keep my original order. The email came back as undeliverable - no such address exists. This was my first clue that this might be a shady operation. On 5/3/2007, I received an email from QuantumView that Cheapees had requested them to notify me that package information had been transmitted to UPS showing a tracking number and a scheduled delivery date of 5/9/2007. On 5/11/ 2007, I notified PayPal that my items had not been received and that I had no responses to my emails to from Cheapees, so I opened a dispute. On 5/27/2007, PayPal informed me that Cheapees had not responded to them either and that I should escalate my dispute to a claim which I did the next day. On 6/7/07, PayPal found in my favor and returned my payment. Believe it or not, today, July 29, 2007, three months later, tracking information for the items still shows up on the UPS web site, and my order still appears on Cheapees.com web site as processed.

I'm in the same situation, although i purposefully ordered two mice. Today was the first day I was able to dispute the order. So I guess I have to o through this process too.
