Cannot get refund
I placed an order and paid through PayPal, then they told me I'd have to also pay for insurance which WAS NOT DISCLOSED at the time of purchase. I have asked them to return the funds to me through PayPal and they say they can't do that.

Resend my order 14898 order number
I have not received my order please resend. My order number is 14898.
My phone number is 662-752-****. or email me. I was contacted saying I have to pay for insurance for hundreds of dollars and I declined, I never heard of that before.
I want the cigarettes but at this point I want my money back. Poor service.
