- - They say they can't refund the funds through PayPal.
PayPal and my bank will not reverse the charge since I authorized it as a transaction to Family/Friends in PayPal system, as the merchant instructed me to. Now I know why, because of submitting it that way it can't be reversed.
I placed an order and paid through PayPal, then they told me I'd have to also pay for insurance which WAS NOT DISCLOSED at the time of purchase. I have asked them to return the funds to me through PayPal and they say they can't do that.
