Waiting on my refund

I returned an item a purchased over 2 months ago. I still didnt receive my refund, Ive been emailing chat service only 2 people got back to me saying we are looking into this.

This very disappointing to see this kind of service from an Amazing high end brand.

I Carlos Medina purchased a belt for my wife for Christmas. Then after a few months in March we went on a Vacation and my wife was happy to finally wear the belt.

We went to dinner, and the belt snapped after a few hours of wear, it broke from the pin that goes into the holes of the belt. it is also poorly made due to the pin is almost the size of a earring. its a belt to support pants, were it didn't even support the belt itself, which I didn't pay attention while purchasing it.

After taking it back to the store and getting it checked out for replacement, they told me that it needed approval, so it would take a few days.

After I had to call for a response, because there was no courtesy call after those few days they told me that it would take 3 weeks to a month which it's absurd for a suppose to be quality product or brand.

I am requesting my money back due to this poor customer service, quality of product and overall headache. It is ridiculous that such an expensive belt has no back up on their quality or name brand to please there customers and making customers to ask for their money back and possibly going to a different brand that will back up their product.
