Over charging- paid for their errors
I was required to pay upfront and my denture didnt fit at all.
The dentist blamed another colleague and said it wasnt her that did it and so I had to pay a 200 lab fee.
The incompetence of the fitting should have not been on my charges and I still didnt receive the fitted bottom teeth and I paid in full.
Very unprofessional!
