Their Payment systems don't work and they try to ruin all their clients credit report
I have been a client with Chartway since 2021. I have 2 vehicles with them.
However, I am very tired of dealing with them! Their payment systems do not work and is almost imposible to make payments due to their payment systems not working. Even though I always make my payments 3 days before my due date. they not only put me late on my payments due to their systems error but they also charge $30 late fee and ruin my credit report with a late payment every time this happens.
their customer service is very rude and they hang up on you when they don't want to help you. I have asked to speak with a supervisor, but the answer I always received is they are not available.
I have booked so many times a call with a supervisor and suppously they should reach me in 24-48 hours but they never do. :(

Preferred solution: I asking for a letter from chartway stating that they are not going to put my July payment late, a refund of $30 charged due to that late payment. This is because their system failed to take out the payment when I specifically paid it on time.

Chartway Federal Credit Union is such an unfair over charging organization.
Chartway has charged me $75 cash advance fees & interest for services that never took place. I applied for their credit card to pay off some bills.
Little did I know that I was only digging a deeper financial debt hole for myself by getting conned using Chartway. Finance charges are extremely exaggerated and ridiculously high.
I truly regret EVER getting involved with Chartway. They do nothing but exploit and take advantage of their customers.

UNACCEPTABLE customer call center experience
Appallingly bad customer service at the call center!
Extremely long hold times. Clueless customer service agents.
Dropped calls...unknowledgeable staff..Improper overdraft fees .
Questionable lending and business ethics. Chartway needs to be investigated on a Federal level.

Excellent service
I recently left my shaddy bank Comerica and went to Chartway federal credit union. I recieved excellent service and assistance setting up my new account, i was able to log onto my online account within a matter of minutes. I would highly recommend
