My charter email account disappeared

When I finally got to talk with someone, he was difficult to understand because of his accent. He was of no help at all. The lady I talked to was nice and easy to understand but still not helpful. I finally solved the problem myself after trying from Thursday to Tuesday. I am not pleased with the poor attempt to help.

AKA Spectrum, has a track record of terrible customer service across the board re: technical support. Voice recognition does not expedite getting human help, and the rep., just creates a ticket or passes a customer on to another rep or a manager, if they ask. Quiet quitting is in place and staying there. This monopoly should be broken, because, customers pay much too much for bad equipment and service.No sure

RAISED THEIR RATES IN AUGUST 2023, NOW ANOTHER RAISE ITS FEB. 2024 PRICING THEMSELVES RIGHT OUT OF BUSINESS.

THEY ONLY HAD 900 PLUS GROSS PROFITS LAST YEAR HOW CAN THEY POSSIBLY SURVIVE. LOOK FOR A BETTER DEAL!!!!!

We got a new flip phone from charter communication....It was junk..

Your main box broke you sent me another box and it does not work. When I asked for an appointment you were a full week out. Ridiculous. That is terrible customer service. That should be addressed.

I need to speak to a manager. My order was cancel. They will not use the credit card saying it was no good. But it was good enough to pay my bills there and used for there bills. I have someone who pays my bills for me as I get everything mixed up. Never did get a email saying it was cancel. The money has been charged to the credit card. No return on it. I want those phones.

false advertisement. Customer service could not verify the info that your site says you offer. The site declares that the is a senior pricing, however the reps. Say there is not. The site is deceiving and needs to be corrected. This is from the site Charter Spectrum is one of the few internet providers offering a discount to seniors. The Spectrum Internet Assist program is available to any household in which at least one person is a member of the SSI program and is over the age of 65.

Inability to correct problem over two years plus!

Automatic answering is a waste of time. Trying to get to an agent is time-consuming, and irritating. When a support tech arrives, they go through the same routine and find nothing wrong. All lines have been replaced, and the cable box has been changed and upgraded to the latest model. Apparently, there is some kind of roadblock to reach anyone in a supervisory capacity that is cognizant of how the system is supposed to work, or cares.

Time Warner cable is now branded Spectrum and owned by Charter Communications - all *** companies along with other US telecoms given regional monopolies. Horrible service and treatment of customers. Cant even check if there are internet outages without a song and dance with these *** They will lie to you about what plans are available and about pricing. Internet providers are required by law to offer low cost options- they HIDE THESE OPTIONS AND LIE ABOUT THEM UNTIL YOU FIGHT TOOTH AND NAIL.
