They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Since yhey took over Time Warner a couple of months ago, they've had to come to my house three times to fix things, more than Time Warner was in my house the six years I had their service. If you have problems, reach out to the FCC and file a complaint. This company needs to straighten up, or they don't deserve to be on business.

I ordered the triple play and was given my monthly bill over the phone. I ordered 1DVR and and 3 TV connections. 1TV hooked to the DVR and the other 2 TV,s without any boxes.
