On February 11, 2017 I put in a ticket #02586563 Spectrum has disconnected my services on 2/9/2016 one day before I got paid and were going to pay them at any rate this ticket was to get my number 407-790-7894 back on my phone line this number is associated with the trailer park that I manage for rentals and rent payments, they assured me I would get this number back without a problem , I have called them 1 time a day everyday to check on this... They ate the worst. My modem down after hours and could not get a technician thay evening. They do not care but will dog u about a bill. I have turn all their products in except the internet and it is a problem all the time.

Please, please stop using the script when customers call in for service problems! Had a problem with my phone today. I don't know if that was solved; time will tell. Then, I get this crazy terms and conditions on my internet which you must read (good luck) and accept. Only thing is it won't let you accept, but goes to an error page. This means you cannot read about half the articles on facebook or yahoo. So I call Spectrum again and get two... Read more

NO MORE REMINDERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Everything is so small, you can't read it. Repeat of programs are NOT there! the new guide takes forever to locate what we are looking for! Our old guide was extremely EASY 2 use! Older people can't use this guide!!! Oddly enough, I went to the trouble to stop by our local Charter (Spectrum) office to let them know that some very large oak tree limbs are laying heavily on several linear blocks of their and Windstream's lines. For 12 years I have attempted to get service from Charter Communication. I live on a 1 mile street which service is available on both ends. The closest connection to me is approximately 800 feet. Their only response is if I pay $4,500 dollars they would run the line and provide service. Internet Keep Dropping. Yesterday had download speed 27.49mbps then after made a call all of a sudden went to where should be in 80's. It seemed like they provisioned the modem again to be back for 100m. As got twice last call from the charter " your service has been changed" Well anyone gets this message right away call the Charter/Spectrum. As they did something to your service. I keep seeing a lot of complaints about Spectrum/Charter, but was thinking about switching anyway? Here in Apple Valley Mn. we have 2 choices only: Spectrum/Charter and Frontier Communications DSL. Frontier has great customer service, but horrible Internet!!!: I pay $95 bucks( including all taxes) a month for digital phone (unlimited long distance) and 24 MB DSL internet. I wish I only had one incident, but its been one to many Im to even exhausted to explain my self... Customer Service is horrible and not sure what qualifications are needed in that work industry. (none in my opinion) Super argumentative and have got hung up on multiple times. Ive had technicians come out to my home to resolve my Internet issue which has still not been resolved.
