Chart House

This was are 25th anniversary and I made a reservation on open table and wanted a window table. The hostess was very rude, she could careless if it was are 25th anniversary.

We had to wait for are table and I don't know why because there was hardly anyone at the restaurant at the time. The hostess did eventually take us to are table. The waiter didn't come to table until ten minutes after we sat down, he got drink order we didn't get are drinks for it seemed like 15 minutes. We then ordered an appetizer, a crap cake.

the girl who bought it out the appetizer had this mean look on her face, she just put down the plate and talked away. Where we were sitting was by a door where you can go out and take pictures of the ocean. Well everytime someone went out that door I had to let them in because the door would lock, so I was the door man trying enjoy my 25th anniversary with my wife. We ordered prime rib with garlic mash and mushrooms and split the meal.

The prime rib was great. But the garlic mash seemed like they came out of a box and the mushrooms were not cooked well at all. In the meantime time the waiter(kevin) came by to see how we doing maybe once, terrible service. When the waiter did come by he ask us if we wanted anything else, my wife ask him him about the desserts and he said the lava cake was good, she than ask him since it was are 25th do we get a dessert, he then said we can give you a small slice of lava cake, (oh thank you).

We have been to this Chart House many times for special occasions and always had a good time, This was the worst experience we ever had there. From the hostess who definitely wasn't nice at all to the female waitress who seemed like she didn't want to be there and the inexperience waiter who didn't know his menu. He was very very slow and seemed like he was overwhelmed, the food was sup par, The whole experience was not good a special night like it should have been for my wife on are 25th anniversary. The only thing that made the night were the other patrons congratulating us and clapping for us on are 25 years together.

Thats a big deal and this Chart House restaurant could careless. From the minute we walked in until we left, it was a *** show. We will not be coming back here for dinner.
