Poorest,coldest,lackluster customer service ever
My first time at my Bakersfield charming charlie probably my last. Never got acknowledged,customers were just dragging around the store nobody was buying anything,staff didnt care because they weren't interested in selling anything.
The atmosphere was dull,music was bad so disappointed because i really love Charming Charlies. My first going was to the Rancho Cucamonga store and it was fabulous,last year I
went to the Las Vegas store and we totally fell in love with the Manager he was great. Both stores had special discounts and deals it was very exciting. The staff that was on today or possibly all the staff needs to be fired.
The Bakersfield store is probably the lowest performing store in the whole chain. I was so disgusted i called my sister from the parking lot to complain how lackluster that visit really was.
The only way i visit Charming Charlies again is in another town.

I just went to the website and everything is out of stock. It doesn't have a way to order anything.
What's the deal with that ? Are they not in business anymore?
Me too. I ordered days ago and was so excited but then got an email my order was canceled with no explanation.
