Damaged lemon wreath
Hello from Carolyn Ellis I Ordered a wreath to be used on my front door of my home. From a company called Charmiey Yes I ordered and received a lemon wreath from that company with a $45.98 price tag. Order number 11475 Mothers Day promotion summer farmhouse lemon wreath Received it on 6/8/21 They have a third party company that the complaints go through called Handheldtech HC. And an email to their service department is service1.judy@***.com According to Judy they cant take the wreath back even though lemons ,bows and flowers falling off. They want me to accept the wreath with a discount credit not a new wreath to replace it or a full credit on my CC. My CC company tells me they hide behind several third party companies so they never have to issue credits or replacements of their merchandise. As I looked on line there are many complaints similar to mine. It would be so nice for them to refund my money or send me another wreath that isnt damaged .
