Tried 2x to place an order. Got to the point to pay now and it wouldn't go through.

If you are running a Labor Day sale, someone should be there to help. If you are not available until Tuesday, how can I still get the 40% off sale.

I tried 2x to place an order. Both times I got to "pay now " and it didn't work.

I want the 40% off. You are holding a Labor Day sale. But there us no way to reach you.

I still want the items in my cart at 40% off. How can you fix this.

I have heard nothing from the company and I continue to receive the product via auto/ship!!! I filed a complaint/fraudulent charge with my credit card company. This has been going on SINCE MAY, 2023

I have tried to CANCEL these products since May, 2023 and they CONTINUE to be sentI wish to RETURN these items ( unopened and sealed). I have also contacted my credit card company to start a dispute.

Please advise how I returns item since May. Thank you.

Someone from Charlottes Web stole my credit card. On the same day I purchased CBD oil someone used my credit card for seaside resort in Colorado for $1400 and then used it at the Marriott twice. I wanted to bring this to your attention because Im not gonna be able to buy any more oil because Im afraid this will happen again.

Customer service needs to get better. No one answers when you call and does not respond to emails . Was never like that.
