Hi I ordered make up for my daughter's Xmas on 20th October,unfortunately on enquiring to Evri I've been advised to contact you. My parcel is showing at Evri depo since 24th October,however no attempt to deliver it to my local parcel hub has been made. I'm actually fuming that I've had to chase Evri and they will not attempt to look for an expensive,luxury Xmas gift until your company contacts them.It would be wonderful if you could help resolve this,especially since this is the first time I've ordered from Charlotte Tilbury.Many thanks Caroline Guy

My under eye is puffy and crusty and its been 5 days since they put your product on me and now I have crused on the eye lid too. I have to go to urgent care now to get medicine. I hope you guys give me some money to pay that
