Broken purse
I am the proud owner of the CO clutch with rhinestone peace sign and signature spider clasp. Please help me find someone who can repair it.
The peace sign is missing a stone and the hinge is missing a screw. I love this bag and have not been able to use it since before the pandemic.
I live in NYC but travel to London, where I bought the bag at the CO shop, often. Thank you.

Appalling customer service and quality
I bought a pair of shoes from Charlotte Olympia I wore them twice and they broke, the shoes were faulty, 6 months to fix them, appalling customer service, shoes were worth it £695, summer shoes I cannot wear them in Winter. Charlotte Olympia worst service eve.
Customer service very poor, they left the shoes in the back office for more than a month. After calling them they realized the shoes were left in their back office.
They handle this matter very poor for the money the shoes are worth it the customer should be handled better than this. I am really not happy
My charlotte olympia clutch broke in few time
I bought a short time ago and used a few time a "pandora" clutch by Charlotte Olympia, i used only in my birthday and in my mother birthday, being really carefully! But, the clutch totally broke in the back...And now, it´s hard to use again, because i´m afraid to broke more..I´m from Brazil, and i don´t know how can i exchange the clutch, because there´s no Charlotte´s Olympia store in Brazil.I´m very sad, because I pay really expensive and the clutch broke.
