Help with contractor that messed up my house
I have sent an email already with detail of issues. Bathroom is leaking from upstairs to ceiling below and currently is cut open and is damp in ceiling and you can smell the musty dampness through out downstairs.
This is the 4th time ceiling has leaked and CKBR denies any issue and we are not on working terms any longer. I would not want them to repair it as they have done such a horrible job in my house and bathroom is not usable due to leak and an estimate for repair is starting at 10k.
Preferred solution: Reimbursement for repairs needed by company I trust.
