They sent wrong parts
Well they sent the wrong part for one thing an then they also didn't send everything i ordered.Then they sent me a email stating for me to send that item back at my expanse which isn't right. And if you try to call them they say that they experiencing a lot of calls at this time and that I should email them with the problem.If you do that it could take them up to 48hrs to return a email.Its my opinion that all their salespeople do nothing but look at the phones instead of answering them.
I think they really don't under stand that time is money when you are waiting for parts to arrive to get a job done.
