I canceled 4800.00 worth of insurance Less than 24 hours after purchasing Toyota cambry..manager assured me it was canceled. A few months later I noticed it was still on my account. I went in again in person and spoke to manager. He looked my account up & Stated my account is notated to cancel InsuranceSince I have 0 interest account they will take it off at the end. I am a senior living on a fixed income. You guessed it now that I am at the end of my loan they will make me eat this insurance that I never used or wanted. Has this happened to anyone else? I cant be the only one. Be forewarned.
