Pizza oven

Good morning my name is Clinton Lovell, my wife and I received a ottimo pizza oven as a gift, I have emailed the company and they asked for the model number which is P200A.

As I explained in my previous email the ignition wouldnt light, as I have only used it no more than 12 times I was very disappointed, I had to light it with a match and it fired up straight away, but if its windy very difficult. I have read the manual ect but cant find any thing wrong I am very disappointed if this has already broken . Can you please advise me on what to do next .

User's recommendation: Good pizza oven, but when the ignition failed I tried to contact the manufacturer, looked up on the website ect but nothing. So I have given up. My advice to anyone thinking of purchasing this make of oven don’t bother because if you have issues you can’t get to the manufacturer and if you ask the seller they tell you to contact the manufacturer round and round you will go , don’t waste your time and money.
