Pizza oven
Good morning my name is Clinton Lovell, my wife and I received a ottimo pizza oven as a gift, I have emailed the company and they asked for the model number which is P200A.
As I explained in my previous email the ignition wouldnt light, as I have only used it no more than 12 times I was very disappointed, I had to light it with a match and it fired up straight away, but if its windy very difficult. I have read the manual ect but cant find any thing wrong I am very disappointed if this has already broken . Can you please advise me on what to do next .

Missing order
Spoke to a company rep regarding the missing part if my order. He was very helpful and said he would lodge a query with Yodel right away.
I have been asked to wait a few days to see if missing part of order turns up and if not to contact Charles Bentley again. I am happy to do this as couriers can take some time to deliver to my area.
