Terrible experience
I placed an order online and after not receiving the shirt, I e-mailed them. They did not respond until I filed a claim through PayPal.
They then shipped a completely different product (seemingly to fulfill the PayPal claim). I then filed a new claim with PayPal and received an e-mail from charityd.com claiming that "due to promotion on our website recently, our order volume has increased significantly, so the delivery time has been delayed". After more complaints through PayPal, they offered a refund. However the postage to return the product to China was 75% of the entire price paid.
It wasn't worth it. I will never order from charityd.com again.
