Color differences in yarn
Lots on this brand differ so much. When I called the store Manager her suggestion was to do a multi color sweater. I would of been so grateful for the Manger to replace all 9 skeins with the same lot numbers.

Microfiber
I have been buying the Christmas Brand for their Quality and now that you have changed to microfiber, I can no longer be a customer.. the sheets stick to your pjs and make turning over impossible!
The towels just push the water around on the counter instead of absorbing the water... Why would you want to taint your great reputation with using 100% polyester instead of cotton.. must be CHEAPER because the customers are NOT benefiting one bit, by this horrible cheap material..
yes it is soft but if it doesnt perform it is WORTHLESS.. Kellie Self So disappointed in Quality...
