Havent talked with anyone, yet. I simply want to check on my order because the tracking is not working.
Actually, the tracking starts at my address and why I do not know. I need some help tracking my order that I need as of yesterday.

Did not get my order
I order my son a computer replacement charger pack still have not received it say 2 to 4 days to be delivered and it's going on a month

Would give them less than 1 if possible
What a scam company with less than no customer service. Ordered a power cord.
Ok so my bad I mistyped my zip code. Did I get a tracking number, no...did I get any follow or notice that it was returned, no. Tried to contact, well of course there is no phone number for the company which should be the first signal.
Then the trying to deal with their service people via email is a joke. You are warned if you deal with this company.
