I was on a Rotterdam cruise 03/01/2026-03/12/2026. An item was missing from my room.
When trying to enter the required question regarding the item, my answer keeps getting spit out. Because of this, I am unable to complete and submit the form.

- - I got an email saying my ID wasn't found on an Azamara cruise.
- - The ID was found in the ship's safe; contact attempts failed due to a full mailbox.
Although they said it hadn’t been found this was not true as my friends checked when they boarded the ship and it was on the ship and they recovered it
I received an email from you saying you couldnt find my id lost on an Azamara cruise on the very day I found out it was in the safe on the ship. When I tried to contact you your email is full. Cant say Im surprised there must be so many people pissed off like me
