This is a dump for the money that was charged monthly for this 3 bedroom apartment. Because the area is "high end living", Greystar could get away with charging residents this kind of money that it did; when I first moved in the rent was $1350 monthly for a 3-bedroom and garage, and the rent slowly increased to $1560 over the last 4 years. Management is slow to fix things and half fix things when they do. My area flooded out due to a broken pipe and water was left standing for weeks until I notified management. My entire garage was flooded, leaving mildew everywhere in the garage. I reported this problem nothing was done. The amenities are very cheap and does not equate with the amount of money being spent for rent. Paying $1560 monthly for rent I would expect chrome appliances, tile/wooden floors, custom blinds, etc but instead there was cheap dirty looking *** carpenting, cheap looking blinds, white cheap appliances, and the apartment came with a cheap white washer and dryer. In addition, the staff was very gossipy and had favorites. A new assistant manager came on board and she was not nice at all very stern and not accommodating and multiple times the Manager would override her decision. Before this new assistant manager came on board, the immediate property staff was nice and accommodating but not anymore. I'm currently a PhD student and had not been working much and was waiting for my financial aid to come in that was late; I had been struggling for months trying to complete my PhD studies; I was eventually evicted by this new assistant manager and I had 5 days to respond to the eviction. I went downtown to deposit the past amount rent due and the upcoming amount rent due on the 5th day which was the last day I had to respond, and Greystar Attorney had the County Judge to sign off on the eviction the 4th day, which legally should not have been done because the tenant had to have 5 full days to respond to the eviction. Therefore, I had to move and gave the burden of an eviction on my credit which I've never had anything like this before to happen to me. During the cleaning out of the detached garage, there were rats, roaches all in my packed boxes I had stored. Totally disgusting and paying this kind of money. Please beware and stay away from this Property Management Company. Bring you in on a good rental rate and inflate the prices!!!!
