Frustration and Disappointment
- - Bought a new jeep on 11-13-18 and traded in; Chapman Dodge Las Vegas has given the runaround and not paid off the trade-in; two payments I don't own.
And I would like to speak to someone in the corporate office immediately!!!!
Hello my name is James Aspinwall. I bought a brand new jeep on 11-13-18 and traded in my car in my contract and to this day Chapman Dodge in Las Vegas has given me nothing but the run around.i habe had to make 2 carpatments on a car that I dont even own.
I have contacted them through phone calls and emails and get the same response every time which is we will take care of that right away and yet they havent my car finance company says thst they havent even heard from them about paying off my trade in. And for the inconvience of making 2 payments on something I longer own my 30 day tag is going to expire and I strongly feel that YOUR company should take care of that for me having to put money out of my pocket to pay somethong that I dont own. What car dealership waits thia long to pay off a trade in?????? Please lets get this resolved and again I want some kind of justice.I AM PUTTING A COMPLAINT AT THE DMV!!
my number is 702-826-**** or 420tank420@***.com Sincerly James K. Aspinwall.
Jeep doesn't stand by their own product.
- - 2016 Jeep Patriot XM radio loses signal every half mile and fades in and out.
- - Corporate won't replace the radio; customer won't buy Jeep again.
I bought a 2016 Jeep Patriot a year ago this month. Since the day we drove it off of the lot the XM Satellite Radio has not worked properly.
It loses the signal every 1/2 mile and fades in and out constantly while driving, and it doesn't matter if we're in town or out in the middle of nowhere. I have complained and had it in the shop repeatedly for this problem and all I ever get is lied to and called a liar because they can't duplicate the problem, even though I've shown them no less than four videos of the radio losing it's signal. My wife finally took the service manager at our dealership on a ride-along and proved to him that the radio is a piece of ***, to which he agreed. Corporate still WILL NOT REPLACE THE RADIO with one that actually WORKS.
Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram SUCKS! I have own three brand new Hyundais, all with XM, and NOT ONE SINGLE PROBLEM, EVER!
I will NEVER buy another Jeep, or anything else this fly-by-night outfit makes. Screw buying American, I'm going back to Koreans for my next ride.

Review in Dealers category from Las Vegas, Nevada
- - I was told I was approved and given a car, then a week later I wasn't approved.
- - Unprofessional and a waste of time; I wouldn't recommend this place.
They will tell you your approved and give you a car.. Then a week later they will call and tell you to bring the car back because you weren't approved!!
Like who does that, why not tell me I wasn't approved in the beginning don't lie and tell me I am, let me take a car then call me a week later and say I'm not approved and briing the car back! So unprofessional..
Wasted my time. Super pissed, I would never recommend this place to anyone
Dealership overpricing
- - Bought a 2015 Jeep Patriot from Chapman Dodge in Las Vegas.
- - MSRP $22,880; charged $27,514.24 before a $2,500 rebate; dealer says difference is profit.
Recently I purchased a 2015 Jeep Patriot from Chapman Dodge in Las Vegas with an MSRP of $ 22,880 when I reviewed the paperwork which they did not show me until I signed on the bottom like A *** fool because I trusted them. Well it turned out I was charged $27,514.24 before the $ 2500 Chrysler rebate.
I confronted them and they told me that the difference was their profit margin! I have been buying cars for my entire life and I always understood that the factory MSRP was what I should pay for the vehicle less rebates, which included the dealers profit! I confronted them and they would not budge, so never again will I buy A Chrysler Corp.
