I was disappointed by not receiving a $3.00 coupon by Canada Post as i reside in Canada & maybe this offer was not offered in Canada only in U.S.A. I never spoke to a live agent only to recording stating my name phone number & request to send coupon by Canada Post if possible or will this be available @ the grocery store & is there an expiry date for this offer?

I am writing to express how upset I am with today's service for my vehicle. If you look at the service records, we only service our vehicle, which we purchased at Chevy Essington, at this location.

No one else services our vehicle.

Today, we were told that the key lock wasn't in the car. This is absurd, no one touches this and now all the locks for each tire have been removed and the lock key tool is gone.

my name is Ashley verse i purchased a car from bill Chapman motors on 2/9/09 and the next 2 weeks it broke down and it was the transition. So they clam that it was fixed and that everything was fine. but the car has broken down on me 2 more times and the people that work there does not treat there customers in the correct way so it hard to work with them when im the one is the customer and i work with customers and ihave never seen any thing like this and i have been upset since the this happen to me with this company.

I am very dishearted by the 2007 Dodge Dakota I purchased one year ago. It is gutless and I live in a northern desert/wooded area and I ahve to climb a thousand feet from town/Payson AZ to home which is 13 miles north on highway 87.

We my husband and I went back to the dealer here locally where we purchased a brand new 2007 Dodge from them. We decided to get out from under the V-6 which is not working out for us, and look at some Chevey's possibly a Silverado 1500.

We were shown some trucks and asked the salesman to check with the manager if we could trade our 1 year old truck and get something bigger. We had been made aware that the V-8, my brother purchased last year was getting better gas mileage than this V-6, we sadly went for. The dealership wanted to finance 43,000.00, for both trucks and we would also need another 10,900.00 to put down.

I owe appx. 20,000.00 on the Dodge and they gave me a 10,900.00 trade in value because the economy is soooo bad. I said then you need to knock off 10,900.00 on the new truck. They were really lacking in professional attitude. We told this salesman he must have bumped his head, if he thought we were going to finance and pay for both trucks.

I will not be going to this dealer for anything other than my scheduled maintenance stuff and next year I will go to the Dealer in Mesa, AZ. to trade in the nice little Truck that would be Perfect for the little Lady. Hugh....

Yea I am pissed off, because another sucker will be cheated at this Dealership besides myself.
