They advertise nonstick the sauce pans are wonderful. None of the frying pans are nonstick anymore after only about a year or two reached out to customer service they said to season them

After a year or so, none of the frying pans remained non-stick. I reached out to the company.
They suggested I try seasoning them. I did that, but it didn't help. Everything still sticks to them. Customer service wouldn't do anything further.
I'm very disappointed considering the money we spent on a complete set. Now, all we use are the saucepans.

- Use a nonstick coating that lasts longer
Preferred solution: Replacement fry pans or refund

I bought this tea kettle recently and am very disappointed. Talked with a rep about the problem of the lid not fitting tightly and allowing steam to heat the handle.
Also when pouring hot water the spout drips water. Was told to use some oil on lid to make connection better, did not work either.
Am sorry I spent this much money on this product. Too late to return it, will buy another brand more reliable.
