Really bad tech support.

I emailed tech-support over a week ago. I got an email asking me to submit logs, which I did on 6 June.

Since then I have had no communication from the company, even though I have emailed several times.

I posted a query on their community support page, and one of the representatives of the company reprimanded me for posting twice. This company used to have pretty good tech-support, but they seem to be just ignoring customers these days.
