Championsway

Last year after recieving dozens of phone calls from Championsway or Perfect mind or whatever they call themselves our school decided to look at their software. After an impressive presentation by their sales person and a pretty good introductory offer we decided to go ahead and sign up for their software.

We set up the software with them and also moved our billing to championsway. There were tons of problems after this. Their support is not in Vancouver like they promise but based in India, their billing does not work well and at times we found our payments locked up in their system for longer than what was reasonable, making it hard to pay our rent pay our salaries, and run our business. A lot of the problems we could have lived with, but we could not live with their credit card system consistently tying up out finances and getting paid months in arrears.

When we called their office they were always too busy and were of little help.

Thankfully we were able to recently cancel this service. We are now back at mind body which we are completely happy with.
