Lied to me repeatedly, Rude, disrespectful
- Poor service.
- Planting was delayed; they were 4 hours late with no notice and delivered an unchosen, poor tree; owner was condescending.
Horrible customer service even from business owner. I bought a tree and they planned to plant it a month to six weeks later.
They were 4 hrs late with zero notice to me of delay . They brought a tree that I had not chosen as it did not have my name on it and it was in horrible condition. I went to Tree Farm the next day and was told different info about what their plan was to make things right from everyone I spoke to.
Then I spoke with owner who was condescending and rude. I feel there was no way a Male would have been spoken to or treated like I was treated today.
