I waiting thirty days for my order because of an error made in Germany.my order never got shipped out Ups provided me with this information Ups ask me if I want to cancel my order because of the shippiment problem. I said yes now I'm waiting for a full refund.

User's recommendation: Need to provide better service.

They took 3 weeks to ship the sneakers I ordered and then sent a completely different style. Customer service won’t answer the phone

I can’t return the wrong shoes they shipped because they want to charge me for return shipping. Terrible company. Don’t order!
