I want to speak to a Chairish representative who knows something abou antiquet American furniture I want to sell

I am not a "pissed" consumer, only a frustrated one. I'm having trouble getting through to an individual who is conversant about 18th century American furniture I am thinking about selling.

The chap from India who took my call didn't really seem to know what I was talking about..

I have: a Sheraton breakfast or tea table, a Hepplewhite sideboard and chest of drawers. a? Empire carved dolphin console table. I would like to arrange for a time to speak with some knowledgeable individual in your firm who can tell me a little more about Chairish and the logistics of selling on your site..

I have some documentation when my mother bought several of the pieces in 1945, The dolphin console table was inherited from my grandmother who was a Fahnestock, an affluent New York and Pennsylvania family which dates back to the early 1720ies. Yours, Barry King M.D.

User's recommendation: It's not a good sign if a company is snarky and is unhelpful to potential customers. Also, I consider publishing my email as a hostile act. I was just trying to inform you how one of your potential customers reacts to that. Any normal business would respond and speak to the individual. nemail

Chairish - They refuse to return my money.

I purchased a vintage coffee table online from the website of Chairish, Inc. This coffee table, advertised as possibly having small defects or signs of age and unaltered, had two huge cracks/breaks across the entire table.

The cracks/breaks were poorly glued and two braces were hammered into the underside to keep the table in one piece. Also, an unknown substance was applied over the original finish in an attempt to hide the cracks/breaks in the table. This substance melted in the heat during shipping and adhered to the shipping materials. When the shipping materials were removed, pieces of the finish were pulled off.

The table was sticky, congealed and gunky.

I contacted Chairish regarding these issues. In its response, Chairish requested photos, which I emailed within 24 hours. However, there has been no resolution.

Chairish is demanding that I store this defective table until they find a shipper (open ended date, meaning no date) and states it will return my money once the item is picked up (again no date). They could send UPS or FedEx tomorrow to pick it up.

Cannot log into my account (for over three weeks)

I have contacted Chairish by phone and email support to no avail. The problem is on the websites end. They deleted my name in the upper right hand corner where I logged in and it has sign in but won't accept my email or password. Changed password at least 15 times and nothing works. I told them that they need to save my info then delete my account and re-do. I can't think of anything else but have done everything on my end. Please help me I have listings, a sale, and more to sell.

Horrendous experience trying to get funds for items sold.

Purchased my dream bedroom suit, $1500, plus insane shipping: $2600, when I have repeatedly contacted customer service to inquire about a delivery date, "Nadeera" responds by sending me emails saying that I "have to understand, it's not easy to find a shipper that handles items as large as a bedroom set", twice told Chairish had to start new hunt for shipper, finally after 5 weeks, with no delivery date yet, I cancel my order. Chairish/Nadeera's response was to ignore my message to cancel and refund my money, literally for a week now, they act like I haven't sent the same cancellation of order # 859055, 65 times now, and yet another message, claiming they have a shipper, Plycon, BUT STILL NO SHIP OR DELIVERY DATE!!!
