Chair King

Bought a 6000.00 dollar patio set from Chair King Willowbrook, within the first month the two gliders were not working properly we called several times took pictures and several emails. Just excuse still no one has addressed out issues.

I have a customer that purchased a umbrella,the bolt came out that moves the umbrella from left to right and now its just hanging. how can she fix this

Whatever you do, do not buy from this company. They do not stand up to their warranty and feed you full of lies to try and weasel their way out of what they promise.

We purchased from this company almost a year ago. A chair broke(that is understandable things happen). I bring the chair in and the sales associate says he would have me a new chair from their distribution center in a week and he would call me when it came in. 3 weeks pass and I heard nothing so I check-in.

Basically I get the round about, " I am sorry we will get it taken care of". Two weeks later I hear from them and they tell me they will have the pet to fix the chair by the end of the day and if not by then, it would be here the following day. Three weeks later... they call me and tell me the part will be in Arlington Wednesday and here in plano Thursday...

8 total weeks have gone by and still no solution. I have caught Wes (plano store manager) in multiple lies and he constantly has an excuse.

I coNsider myself very understanding and very patient, but this is unbelievable. Not a happy customer and I will never purchase another unit from these people.

In about 2006, we spent a LOT of money on a Mallin outdoor set - table, eight chairs, swing, some poolside lounges, and some other stuff. Can't recall the exact amount, but well over $5K, as I recall, and maybe even approaching $8K.

In any event, the table, mostly, has pretty much fallen apart. Numerous parts of the table have fallen off over the years, and I've glued them back on. Now, it just still keeps breaking. The chairs we've used (some have not been used much) are not holding up well.

We're now going to go buy all new furniture, but we won't be stopping at Chair King. BTW, I fully realize that there is no eight year warranty, but, quite honestly, I assumed this stuff would last far longer than it has, and not fallen apart as quickly and as much as it has.

Very disappointing, particularly considering the cost.

We purchased our Sun Garden Umbrella from Chair King Houston Texas and it broke after 40 days. Chair King will not exchange the product as they would only exchange after 7 days. The warranty of Sun Garden is slow to fix the situation.

I would suggest avoiding CHAIR KING and USE PATIO 1 - they have a better store warranty then 7 days.

Also, I would suggest avoiding SUN GARDEN products due to the lack of initiative on fixing items still under warranty.

I will never buy from CHAIR KING or SUN GARDEN PRODUCTS again. This works perfectly, as we are planning to buy more outdoor furniture with our wedding funds. Chair King or SUN GARDENS will NOT receive our business.
