I called Yoder spoke to a young man who promised to send them to me but never did. On my next attempt to contact Yoder I was assisted by the help of my local bbq store Chadwick and Hacks. They contacted the rep and he contacted me . He said I had previously spoken to the USA rep but he would now fix this and send them himself.

He never did send them .

I still after 5 months have not received the parts .

I thought Yoder to be a reputable company with proper customer care, but it seems I was wrong. Please correct this problem asap
