Bad place
I placed an order over a week ago and absolutely nothing has happened. The website still doesn't show that I even have an open order but I definitely have my receipt from PayPal.
I inquired about my order with the live chat tool which turns out isn't actually live, or chatting, or a tool because in 2 days no one ever responded.
Fool me once, shame on you, but there won't be a second chance for Chad to make a fool out me a second time. I'm going to open a dispute with PayPal and then order from Amazon and\or Zoro.
Don't shop here if you're actually expecting to receive your order.

Their website doesn't say if the item is in stock. When it isn't, which I and many others have experienced, be prepared to wait indefinitely without notice. When you contact them to ask about it, be prepared to be disappointed with their poor service, and to pay more if you want them to ship a partial order.

Worst customer services
I order online never send me tracking number finery e-mail say order status changed to manufacture drop shipping.
This company has zero inventory only drop shipping . no customer services. worst company.

Wrong tool
This is not a complaint. I ordered two sets of tools and I need to send one back cause it's the wrong one. Just looking for a little assistance on how to get started to correct this issue.

Ordered a part and found out it was way overpriced. Asked for a refund and got store credit. I want a refund.

I would not even shop at their going out of business sale.
They send orders when they feel like it, will not give updates to long awaited orders, will not respond to imquiries or cancel requests via email or that pathetic chat they have.
I used every nice salutation in the book during attemps to contact.

Another RIP OFF COMPANY
I ordered 1 pair of NWS insulated pliers and 2 wera screwdrivers
about 2 months ago( maybe longer) and have not received it yet( yes I live in usa) . I tried to contact the company the phone number referred me to either e mail or chat on the website( what is the point of having phone number that doesn't work).I was a ble to talk to someone who gave me tracking number without mentioning the carrier .
when I asked for more info they said to log on my e mail and use the link. I said I can't get on my e mail. nobody responded anymore. few weeks latter I tried to call again got somehow transferred to voice mail where I left my name and phone #.
more than 2 weeks latter and still no response. I you want to order quality german tools use GHT (german hand tools company) that will send your order and is more pleasant to deal with, you can actually talk to someone.

Refused to file a claim with USPS
These people are or person is a ***! I bought $131.07 worth of Wera electricians tools.
I got the tracking number and the package was listed as delivered by the post office. I never got the package. But I did get video from 2 cameras in my driveway that show the mailman was parked across the street for over four minutes and never came to my house to deliver. I have filed 2 claims with the post office and am now considering calling the police.
Through this entire ordeal I am going through, with my back injury, etc. Guess where chuds toolbox is? They ignored my emails and phone calls. When I reported the dispute to PayPal, they won the case, citing proof of delivery!!
How do I know they even shipped what I paid for, after reading the reviews here? CHUD. l will consider removing this feedback, WHEN I get my money back!
This will not be my last review of you by any stretch of the imagination! Instead of filing a claim with USPS, you called my order a fraudulent transaction and hung me out to dry!
Chadstoolbox.com ripped me off
This company is a joke! Recently I made a purchase from Chadstoolbox.com for a pair of the knipex linesman pliers 02 02 225. They were a closeout model and were so priced. Once I received them, they were not the type of handles that were described, and they would barely open. Even after trying to work them for many hours on several days. So I contacted them for a return, which was a feat in it self to get a hold of anyone. I sent them back on my own dime and had wanted to exchange for the 09 01 240. Now after no return contact from email's for the past week, they claim that they have not received anything. So for everyone out there who purchase tools over the internet there is a downside to not being able to go down and talk to someone, and when they give you bad customer service and little respect you'll at least be able to yell and scream or smack someone. Last but not least, after a month and a half they acknowledged that they had received my return but have still not refunded my money. Here is the email they sent me in reply:
First I am sorry for the delay in reply, we are closed on Sunday with the exception of a few commission sales hands that might choose to answer the phone at ext1 or man the live chat. You may write return to sender on the unopened package and the mail will bring it back postage due here. I am sorry we missed the request to cancel the exchange, the return came in and was processed exactly as requested in the letter enclosed in the package. In normal circumstances we would most likely just say keep the tool and we’ll refund and forget about it- both to say sorry and save time reprocessing inventory here, but with the threats in place we cannot bow to them and appear to have given special treatment to a terrorist.-We are generous in our mistakes to those with a kind heart. We will provide justice for all and provide you refund for the charges placed processing this exchange and waive the restocking fee for the returned item when this package comes back to us.
I’m sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused, I think the 1 email we got requesting to stop the exchange was filed away without processing the request on your order file. It was mixed with claims about our poor service and one of the threats, it possibly left the team member upset after reading and it got put on file without making note of the requested action not thinking clearly.
