- Load pickup requested 7/27; as of 8/1 no one arrived, and customer service was hard to reach and rude.
We requested a load pickup on 7/27 and as of 8/1 no one has arrived to pickup the load. I called customer service and was put on hold and then back to the main menu.
I did talk to someone who was rude and told me they were checking and would get back to me.
I normally wouldn't write a review but this happens every time we contact CH Robinson! I sincerely wish our customer would use someone other that CH Robinson!

No after hours customer service. Service is only 9 to 5 type of office hours and that's it now after hours a week and phone number to contact anyone.
Preferred solution: Customers need people to ask their phone number what time of the day or day of the week?
