On August 28, 2024, I reported the following defects on my 2023 CFMOTO IBEX 800T to the dealer Delaminating dashboard Fading metal parts
The dealer has been unable to resolve these issues with CF Moto. CF Moto customer service has not provided a reason for denying assistance, despite the vehicle being under its 2-year manufacturer warranty.

Verified Reviewer |Dealer wants me to pay for deleting codes. Flashing on my brand new unit.
Well I purchase a force 600 .2024.. Two and a half months ago from Ride now powersports in tallahassee florida...
Call them up about codes flashing and unit acting funny... Made an appointment... They wanted to keep it for a few days... They deleted the codes on the unit...
And now they want to charge me two hundred and something dollars... Saying the warranty does not cover that.!!!:@@

Hello, my name is Katherine Cook i paid cash for my Cf moto overland 1000 on December 17, 2022 i have over all been pretty happy with choice expect i do have a few concerns, i have had my machine for a year and some change and out of that year it has been in shop almost 4 months. Within the 1st month we had clutch failure it didnt even have 200 hours on it.
We replaced clutch within 200 more hours clutch failed again. We did research and decided to replace it with stage 3 clutch. My husband bought stage 3 clutch and tools installed it since then it has worked great. The stearing went crazy so we took it back to shop they said we needed a computer so i got a computer under warranty and issue was unresolved so they replaced tire, a arm, bushings and i think the axel.
I am disappointed that i had to replace 2 clutchs and ended up putting a stage 3 clutch in before issue was resolved. I am just concerned that i am going to continue to have issues? I know you cant for see that as neither can i.
I am curious if yall have had multiple issues like these or do i just have bad luck? I feel if i had not paid cash and had it financed i would have more to stand on.

Purchased a brand New 2024 ZForce 800 trail. It has 25 miles on it and has already been to the dealer to be repaired.
Didn't even have the machine for a full day. Would not idle. The dealer stated that they fixed it. When I got it back, it was not fixed.
The machine still does not run. I gave CFMoto a chance, even after everyone stating that they are just cheap Chinese junk. Should be able to ride a brand new machine and not to have to keep waiting on warranty and dealer repairs.
Regretting my decision on giving CF Moto a chance. In all their advertising they state "Exceeding Expectations", well they definitely did not "Exceed " my expectations!!I

After posting to pissed consumer last night I received an email response from Cf moto. They have contacted the dealer and are working together now to resolve the problem.
trying to get my machine fixed...it has been at the local dealer for 3 months. Local technicians can ot findwhy machine will not start...Cf Moto is not giving technical support to assist in finding the problem...

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.

Would like to drive my quad
My quad is almost a year old and because of the problems it only has 377 km on it.now I have to wait 6 weeks for a tire that was faulty and you won't cover it .6 weeks for a tire cmon .buying my wife a quad in the spring it won't be your product

The biggest mistake was not installing a parking brake on this model
This bike in the 5 weeks I hade it has been stuck in park at least 20 times
I see a brake in the new zforce 950
What are you going to do to rectify this problem
I have around 25,000 in this bike with all the accessories
Rocking it back and forth by your self is a real problem and I could get hurt if it rolls over me or someone when trying to get it out of park. Stephen Bowen Ontario Canada 705-745-****

They’re good. I live mine. BUT!!!!!
Mines a 950 ****.
First yr warranty. Was great cause it was Warranty work.new motor covered
Front diff covered.
Total shop time 4-6 mon total. Out of the 12 mo warranty.
Now back home 3 months after work. Bolt in front diff backed out got hung blew hole in new front diff. 1 month out of warranty wont fix it.
The bolts is a known problem and they told me it was known. But wont honor it

- Hard to get parts over priced parts
Preferred solution: I want my *** fixed. It’s spent more time in shop then a home

When I own 9 atvs from cfmoto I would expect a response from cfmoto when I contact them about a defective part. No response whatsoever and now I have a cfmoto 625 atv with 2600km on it which has defect that they will not fix.
The issue was that something in the clutch threw a screw and it bounced all around the drive belt housing messing everything up in there. If they don't respond and fix this issue I will never respect this company and they will lose me, my family and friends as loyal customers
