Failed to send correct purchase item, blaming courier for missing part
Customer support number simply directs to online CS offering, then hangs up.
Online message based support system runs at a maximum of one exchange per 24 hours cycle ( excluding weekends).
Demands are made for proof of issue before any further enquiry will be addressed.
'Investigations' are undertaken (48hrs min.) with relevant stores before any further communication.
It's as passive/aggressive a system as you could ever hope to design.
It's a really simple enquiry I'm chasing, why did I buy a camera and only receive a lens?
Have reason to suspect that items that aren't actually in stock are being advertised to establish upsell and/or cross sell opportunities.
Damaged voucher
My children washed my wallet and my voucher witch had $60 something dollars on it was destroyed. I went in to store to be told they can not trace vouchers.
Yet you take all our details when we trade or buy or use a voucher in store this is ridiculous and I will be taking it further. All I wanted to do was use my voucher to get christmas presents for my children and now they will have to go with out.

I put a tablet online from cex company. It was 32 pounds out of my bank and I didn't realise I sent it to Scotland and I went to the store.
It said it will take 3 to 3 to 2 working days you get your money back. I had no money back in my bank at all I am not happy about that.order number is 1723**** £32.00 on Card

Refund policy
My dad bought ps5 for $700 gift for someone else but when he checked with the guy.. he already received ps5 from someone else then to get the refund I took my dad to the store this morning at 9.30 am they refused to give us a refund because its past 2 days. I told the manager he got it on Friday afternoon n there has been a change of mind they didnt care

Advertisements deceiving and do not deliver the advertised product
Advertisement shown is misleading as you do not get the product shown. On the advertisement there is no mention of color or options or even a "picture shown is representation only" message, so you're expecting a BLACK mouse, but PINK was delivered!!!.
Then to top it off, they expect me to pay for the return delivery. On the email discussion, a joke of a comment was made that "The title is the only true description of the item you would receive" - so nothing about the page is correct except the title.

BE AWARE THIS COULD HAPPEN TO YOU!
Placed the order online for a IPOD 7th Generation IPOD. I emailed CEX Head Office requesting tracking number, Warranty and cable.
Email received advising the tracking when it was dispatched, and another email advising that a 32GB IPOD + Lightening USB Cable will be delivered.
Received item yesterday 1st November 2023, But no Cable.
Emailed CEX still no reply. Is this a usual response when something goes wrong! They are very quick to respond when you make an enquiry about a product that you are going to buy.
But NO RESPONSE WHEN ITEMS ARE MISSING.
CEX Conditions: As the item was classified as good the product will only arrive in without a box, but all assessors and unit will arrive.
This is a very bad service overall, the individual CEX stores don't supply a contact number etc.
You must think if I return the item for a full refund - I may not see the money or the unit again. So be aware!

Not at all happy with service in Blacktown store
I just bought the complete series of the Sopranos, as I thought. Instead of series 6 in the box, it has repeated series 4 !
So I have series 1,2,3,4,4 (in series 6 box) 5. Not happy !! Now I have to go back to Blacktown store and without question I want a refund.
Waste of my time and petrol and energy. Definitely not at all happy with the service.
