Enrolled in $154 course, cancelled course without notice lost $154.
I would not do business with this company, After spending 30 to 40 hours
to finishing an online course I was not able to print my Certificate. I called the owner of ceuplan Mr. William Edgar. He was very rude and belligerent
said I had two months to complete the course before it was canceled, yet the site let me continue to work on the course for severely months after the so call cancellation date. Michigan Department of environmental Quality imposed a fee schedule to renew this companies online courses for 3 years (which was free in the past) but Mr. Edgar refused to pay and starting cancelling courses. To bad if your course was cancelled before you were finished, you just lost your money. Wastewater operators especially Michigan operators should avoid the company without paying the State of Michigan fees all of CEUPLAN courses will be cancelled. This guy is a CROOK!

Failure to file CEU'S
Do not use this company to do on-line continuing education units for your Water/Wastewater licenses in any state. They are hard to resolve any issues with problems with their website and are very vengeful and will not file your CEUS WITH YOUR STATE FOR LICENSE RENEWAL.
CAUTION BEWARE SPREAD THE WORD TO ALL WATER/WASTEWATER PROFESSIONALS ABOUT CEUPLAN ON-LINE COURSES. This company is under investigation for contiuing problems and writes good reviews on its self in order to appear as being honest and reputable.
The owner William Edgars is an *** that lives in Sringhill, Florida. Again do not use his services, DANGER!!!!
