Certified Motors - Customer Care Review from Hampton, Virginia

My son found a car at this dealership. He needed a co-signer for the loan, so trying to help my son so I co-signed. My son made the down payment, got insurance and drove around with temp tags for a month. When I called the company to find out the delay. I was first told my son didn't make the down payment, when I told him he did, the guy start making excuses. I told him before he speak with a customer he should pulled their records to make sure he has the right info. Well this guy went off on me. Started cursing, telling me don't tell him how to do his job. I felt once they got your business there is no longer a need for customer swrvice. I will definitely tell everyone I know not to use this dealership. Fast on selling a car but slow on doing the after process.
