Do not use this product or this company.

I have used this product for years 11 to be exact. They have deducted my money for a year subscription yet keep telling me my credit card did not pay. Well it sure went out of my bank account. There is no way to contact anyone at this company to discuss this with. I will be getting a refund and will be changing my service. This company sucks. And they do "upgrades " that never seem to work and the "service" is down most of the time. The version for iPad is a joke. I am very dissatisfied with my experience with this company and I have also received spam email from this company requesting information that they should have on file.

Certified Heating & Cooling is the worst AC company ever!

First off, I called this company to fix my air conditioner since I have a 76 year old mother with cancer and a 5 month baby. I can live without air conditioning but not these two. The man who came was named Mike Golan. While I was at work and so was my husband, my mother was home to let him in. He kept insisting on 4,000$ to fix a part that was broken on my AC that later I researched and found the part needed only costed about 80$. He also insisted he would not work for anything less than that. Really? This man is so heartless he did not care to help someone with cancer or a baby so they do not get sick in this blistering summer heat. This man was extremely rude when I called to reason with the pricing. He barely spoke english and spoke with an air of arrogance in his voice. Im sorry we are not rich like he may be- but then again I also have chemotherapy bills to pay as well as a newborn's expenses. I just cannot understand how money can get in the way of the human heart. All this man wanted was to squeeze every dime out of my poor sick mother's pocket rather than for the sake of his own soul, give her a reasonable price and fix the AC. I will never call this company again (based in Livingston, NJ). I strongly reccomend that you and your families never spend a cent on a company based on greed rather than provide services to better living conditions for their fellow man. I can't express enough just how outraged I am! I honestly cried when I realized just how cruel people can truly be.
