A disservice instead of a service
- - On 02/10/26, Certified Green Team tech Roni left the vent unclogged and lint; manager has not returned calls for weeks; dryer remains clogged.
On 02/10/26 I had certified green team come in my home for a dryer vent cleaning. The tech that came was Roni after doing a half behind job which he never removed the dryer vent to see if it was clogged he left the place a mess not cleaning up the lent from behind the dryer .
I called the company several times requesting to speak to the manger which I never go to speak to.Nearly 3 weeks have gone by and still no return phone call from the manger . I am so tired of trying to get some results my dryer is still clogged ,I am angry & pissed

User's recommendation: Do not & I repeat hire this company ,the guy goes by the name Roni he will leave a mess behind . I tried several times calling the company requesting to speak to the manger .The manger is Roni the guy who comes out to do the so called vent cleaning
